Said at the very end of the movie as Pooh is falling asleep up in a tree, with his best friend whispering "I'll always be with you" to him...after trying and failing to come out and say that they won't be together much anymore.
Because even after he explained what the heck the note REALLY meant and what he's been doing all day, Pooh didn't get it. He wasn't stupid, he just had such total faith in his friend. Christopher couldn't even bring himself to say it outright and instead gave him this gem of a motivational speech as his farewell.
